Acting as the authority and guardian of the Reference Architecture, you will create comprehensive solutions, promote best practices, and ensure architecture components and building blocks are reusable, scalable, and align with established standards.

Furthermore, you will play a key role in advancing Roche's common platform strategy by contributing to its scalability, reliability, interoperability, and alignment with the needs of digital medical products and engineering teams. Define and maintain the Architecture roadmap and Reference Architecture, ensuring all solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the Roche Ecosystem strategy. Drive "platform-first" approaches, identifying technical gaps and developing innovative solutions for data interoperability and event-driven frameworks.

Quality & Risk Management: Analyze non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability)



and establish governance to reduce duplication and improve system robustness. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with at least 10+ years of experience in business/reference architecture and shared platform strategies.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and frameworks like TOGAF or SAFe is highly valued.

Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7, along with expertise in compliance-based design and industry regulations. Advanced consulting and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional, general environments and translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
