German speaking Business Development Manager - Barcelona, ES Description Our client is expanding their commercial team in Barcelona, Spain, and are looking for multilingual candidates to join their growing international sales support team.

The Role

High volume outbound cold calling role, reaching independent retailers. Identify key contacts and swiftly establish strong connections and demonstrate benefits of partnering with our client. Understand their needs and successfully close sales on the B2B offerings. Target driven role that suits someone who will thrive in an outbound sales environment and who is motivated to exceed targets.





Requirements Fluency in German and English Excellent communication and organisational skills Previous experience in an outboud sales role Target driven and wants to exceed targets Location Barcelona, Spain (full-time office based) Offer ~ EUR 40,000 gross p/a plus uncapped commission ~ EUR 4,000 gross relo bonus paid with your first salary ~ Relocation bonus of 10% of your basic annual salary paid out with your first salary ~40 hrs per week Mon- Fri between 9-17 Benefits profit share bonus (subject to meeting profit targets) pension plan opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year staff discount (between 25% and 50% discount on products) option to join the Share Save scheme
