As EU Speed Initiative Manager in Central Operations, you will own the operational improvements across the entire same-day delivery network. You will manage and launch new initiatives, improve current operations, and work closely with site operators and cross-functional stakeholders to protect on-time delivery and customer experience performance. You'll be part of a team that is building the operational backbone for Amazon's next-generation delivery network, partnering across EU markets every single shift.

Reviews & Performance Management Lead and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the EU same-day delivery network, driving accountability and action on key performance metrics Design and implement business review mechanisms that enable data-driven decision making and rapid issue resolution Deep dive on performance trends, identify root causes of defects, and drive corrective action plans across the network Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into operational health Define and document standard operating procedures for shift handovers, ensuring seamless continuity of operations across time zones and shifts Design and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure adherence to standard work Communication & Stakeholder Management Facilitate information flow across shifts, ensuring critical context is preserved during handovers Data Analysis & Insights Use data to inform operational decisions, capacity planning,



and resource allocation Maintain and report up-to-date and accurate statistics, management reports, and analysis Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and operational teams You will balance leading business reviews with designing operational improvements and supporting new initiatives. Your day may include facilitating a network-wide daily business review, deep diving on delivery performance trends, partnering with site operators on process gaps, and analysing data to inform capacity decisions. You will continuously evaluate opportunities to improve delivery speed, quality, and cost while contributing to the long-term strategy of EU speed operations.

Operations is a key strategic initiative with a vision to transform the way Amazon Logistics executes forecasting, route planning, demand scheduling, and last-mile delivery. We are looking for an Operations Manager with a track record of operational excellence to drive scalability, ensuring strong processes and culture are developed. This person will lead a team that operates in areas of the business with a high degree of ambiguity that require thought leadership.

develop original ideas, and partner with Planning, Transportation, Last Mile Technology, Operations, and business expansion teams to develop a strategic approach to scale Central Operations.

Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent Master's degree or equivalent in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or experience with SQL Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making, or experience communicating results to senior leadership Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings, or experience developing MOPs and SWMS for planned works Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a longstanding top priority for Amazon.
