Mission: The Butler is responsible for providing world-class, personalized service on an as-needed basis, while anticipating guest needs and ensuring every aspect of the guest experience exceeds expectations. Successful candidates will be flexible, discreet, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized butler service to luxury villa and residence guests, inclusive of welcoming guests upon arrival and providing villa orientation.
- Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements and personalize guest experiences.
- Manage unpacking and packing services upon request and assist with wardrobe care, shoe care, pressing, and luggage handling as needed.
- Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments, excursions, and special celebrations.
- Serve food and beverages following luxury service standards.
- Maintain villa presentation and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary, and other departments.




- Prepare and replenish minibars and guest amenities.
- Always maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently.

Profile

- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.

- Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Food Handlers’ Certificate required.
- Knowledge of Forbes and LQA Standards preferred.
- Applicable certifications/degrees preferable.
- Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
- These roles require job holders to be able to work versátil hours.
