About Landed

Landed is a real estate private equity scale‐up based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area, handling projects end‐to‐end with our own teams.

What you'll do

Project Planning: Develop detailed renovation plans, source materials, and coordinate specialists to ensure smooth progress.

Execution Oversight: Read and interpret construction plans, communicate them clearly to onsite teams, and ensure quality execution.

Project Delivery:



Manage multiple construction teams, guiding them from plans to finished projects.

What you are: Qualified architect with 1–3 years experience in architecture or a similar role.

Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Self‐starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

What we offer

Competitive salary: approx. €18,000–€22,000 net/year (based on experience and hours).Performance bonus based on project success.
