To accelerate this evolution, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst Engineer to lead our analytics capability and enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role will be responsible for translating complex data into strategic insights, driving governance and prioritization, and ensuring our investments in data and AI deliver tangible business value. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping leaders make faster, more informed decisions while improving operational efficiency and organizational performance. • Data Enablement Turn complex data into actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations that drive measurable impact. Improve data accessibility and usability in partnership with engineering, architecture, and business teams. Ensure data platforms support AI, advanced analytics, and future business needs. Data Governance &

• Prioritization Define and implement governance mechanisms that improve data quality, consistency, reliability, and trust. Establish data standards,



documentation practices, and measurement frameworks. Promote a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization. Enable AI adoption by preparing high-quality, governed, and business-relevant datasets. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. ~4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related technical roles.

Analytics & Business Intelligence: Advanced SQL, data analysis, and statistical methodologies. KPI development and business performance management. Power BI and modern visualization platforms. Forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive analytics.

Data Management & Engineering Data modeling and semantic layer development. ETL/ELT design and data pipeline orchestration. Data governance, quality management, and metadata practices. Familiarity with data preparation and governance requirements for AI solutions.
