Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, your mission will be to drive operational excellence through the identification, design, and implementation of process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives. You will contribute to the development of a more efficient, scalable, and customer-focused Global Business Services (GBS) model.

You will be responsible for promoting a data-driven continuous improvement culture by defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing deviations, identifying optimization opportunities, and leading action plans that ensure the achievement of service, quality, productivity, and efficiency objectives. You will work cross-functionally with different departments to drive transformation, ensure sustainable performance improvements, and create value for the business.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Among other responsibilities, the following stand out:

- Analyze and redesign end-to-end processes, documenting current and future states while identifying bottlenecks, rework, manual activities, root causes, risks, and simplification opportunities.
- Design procedures, workflows, RACI responsibility matrices, controls, and operational standards aligned with the GBS model.
- Structure and monitor improvement initiatives, including scope, objectives, milestones, stakeholders, risks, expected benefits, and action plans.
- Identify and prioritize automation, analytics, and systems improvement opportunities, translating business needs into functional requirements and coordinating testing and implementation activities.
- Participate as a functional support resource in corporate and integration projects, contributing to the standardization and improvement of back-office processes.




- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards, analyzing deviations and driving corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving methodologies and techniques.

Requisitos We are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or an equivalent qualification. Postgraduate studies in process improvement, operations, digital transformation, data analytics, or SAP functional consulting will be highly valued.
