The Podcast Producer will be responsible for the complete operational process, from initial planning and pre-production through recording, post-production, approval and final publication. The role will ensure that every episode is produced on time, meets Alea's quality standards and supports the company's communications and brand objectives. This role is adecuado for someone who combines editorial judgement, project management and technical production skills and who is comfortable coordinating guests, managing recordings, reviewing edits and overseeing publication across multiple platforms.

Podcast

Strategy and Editorial Planning Ensure podcast topics and guests are aligned with Alea's brand positioning, communications priorities and business objectives. Regularly review the performance and direction of both podcasts and recommend strategic improvements. Confirm that recording equipment, software, lighting, sound and other technical requirements are ready before each session.

Ensure all necessary permissions, consent forms and content approvals are obtained. Set up or supervise cameras, microphones, lighting and recording software. Monitor audio and video quality throughout the recording.

Post-production and Quality Control Edit or coordinate the editing of audio and video content. Ensure the final episode has strong pacing, narrative flow and consistent audio and video quality. Coordinate the addition of intros, outros, music, graphics, subtitles and other branded elements.

Ensure every episode follows Alea's brand guidelines and editorial standards. Complete a final quality check before publication,



including audio, video, titles, descriptions, links, subtitles and visual assets. Maintain an organized archive of raw recordings, project files, final episodes and supporting materials.

Manage the publication of each episode across the relevant podcast and video platforms. Upload and publish episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Audible, YouTube and any other selected distribution channels. Coordinate publication dates and promotional activity with the Head of PR & Communications and Social Media & Content Manager.

Update or correct published content when necessary.

Promotional Content Coordination

Create or coordinate trailers, teasers, audiograms and short-form video clips. Provide the Social Media & Content Manager with the materials, context and key messages needed to promote each episode. Coordinate with the Design team on thumbnails, templates, graphics and other branded materials.

Support the repurposing of podcast episodes into articles, social media posts and other communication formats. Maintain production documentation, episode trackers, guest information and content archives.

Performance





Analysis and Optimization Track podcast performance across the relevant distribution and video platforms. Analyse performance by podcast, episode, topic, guest and content format. Prepare regular performance reports with key findings and actionable recommendations. Use audience and performance data to improve topics, formats, episode duration, production and distribution. At least 2–3 years of experience in podcast, audio, video, broadcast or digital content production.

Experience recording and editing professional audio and video content. Hands-on knowledge of microphones, cameras, lighting, recording software and editing tools.

Experience with podcast hosting and distribution platforms, as well as YouTube Studio. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Confident working with senior leadership, hosts, guests and external suppliers.

Full professional proficiency in English. Spanish proficiency is considered an advantage.
