Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D; centers on three continents. Act as the key liaison between Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales Administration, and Business Office teams. Lead the annual R&D; budgeting process and ensure alignment with long-term project commitments.

Monitor budget, forecast, and financial performance, driving corrective actions when needed. Validate and track upfront project invoice payments. Ensure accurate integration of RFQ inputs and project cost changes.

Organize and participate in monthly project performance reviews.



Oversee cost provisions, internal controls, and financial governance compliance. A proven track record in cost controlling and financial performance management, including budgeting and forecasting.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Excellent skills in financial analysis and advanced Excel. SAP knowledge will be valued. Strong competencies in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with a collaborative approach.
