About the role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with hands-on experience developing and optimizing short-form paid social ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.

Required experience

- Written production briefs and scripts for short-form paid social video ads on Meta and TikTok for D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Used ad performance data, including hook rate, CTR, and CPA, to decide which creatives to scale or stop.
- Directed UGC creators and video editors using your own creative briefs.
- Fluent written and spoken English at a C1 level or higher.
- Available to work full-time with no other active client engagements.

Preferred experience
- Portfolio of paid social ads you wrote, ideally including performance results.
- Experience working at a performance creative agency.
