A leading Hospitality SaaS company is looking for a German speaking Customer Onboarding Manager to support customers across the DACH region and ensure they're set up for long-term success from day one.

Your Mission

- Own the onboarding journey from implementation to adoption
- Deliver product training and consult customers on best practices
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create exceptional customer experiences
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and customer outcomes

Requirements: You bring

Fluent German & English

Experience in a customer-facing role

Strong communication and presentation skills

Passion for hospitality, technology and customer success
