Provide customer service in English, both by telephone and email, delivering a friendly, professional and high-quality experience.

¿ Requirements

Advanced English (minimum C1)

Previous customer service experience

Based in Madrid or willing to relocate

What do we offer?

Permanent contract.

¿ Full-time role: 39 hours per week

Gross annual salary of €19,600

Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00

On-site role, with the possibility of hybrid working after the learning curve

Paid on-site training, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

Start date: 13/10/2026
