Overview

As a CRM Customer Success Manager, you act as a strategic consultant to Veeva’s most important customers, aligning initiatives with business goals and maximizing Veeva investments. You collaborate cross-functionally to educate on CRM products, drive governance and change management, and surface customer intelligence to influence the product roadmap. You apply data-driven analysis to optimize usage and demonstrate value through best practices and use cases.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success and product, enabling scale and impact across regions. You’ll join a mission-driven, adaptable company shaping the life sciences software landscape.
