DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – LUXURY REAL ESTATE | COSTA DEL SOL, SPAIN

We are seeking a senior Development Director / Senior Development Executive to lead high-value luxury real estate development initiatives in Costa del Sol, Spain.

Key Requirements

- 10 years’ experience across real estate development and construction
- Strong, established experience in the Costa del Sol market
- Proven track record of taking major developments from planning through execution and delivery
- Must have personally overseen the execution of at least one significant development — not design/planning alone
- Experience with master-planned communities / large-scale residential developments highly preferred
- Strong understanding of development strategy, planning, construction and delivery




- Spanish language proficiency – mandatory
- Must not require a work permit for Spain
- GCC experience is advantageous, but not essential

We are particularly interested in senior professionals who have operated at Development Director, Head of Development, Senior Development Manager or equivalent leadership level.
