- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) implementation projects end-to-end
- Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements
- Perform Fit/Gap analysis and document business workflows
- Support solution design, system configuration, and validation activities
- Execute unit testing and document results
- Identify risks and issues,



propose solutions, and support resolution
- Prepare clear project documentation and meeting summaries
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders

Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP)
- Understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, or operations
- Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation
- Knowledge of ERP configuration and testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing and cross-functional teams
