Job DescriptionReporting to JLR Customer Group Leader, main objectives are: The PCE is the single point of accountability for the customer, responsible for program delivery, financial performance, customer satisfaction, business growth and risk management.

The Engineering Product

Leader (EPL) team will report directly to the PCE.Leadership of the EPL for Projects on Awarded Products or new opportunities (RFQs) through development, launch and current production. Coordinate release planning and ensure successful delivery of customer commitments.

- Program Budget and Financial Management. Manage overall project budgets. Manage cost performance and resolution allocation. Lead performance reviews and status reviews. Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and ensure appropriate training plans. Support career development and succession planning.

Requirements - Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering - Technical and Management skills/experience - High level of English is a must. Applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
