Mgr in Quick Commerce Central Operations, you will own the operational mechanisms, processes, and communication frameworks that enable seamless execution across the EU Quick Commerce network. You will lead business reviews, design and implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce defects, and scale operations. • Insights Use data to inform operational decisions, capacity planning, and resource allocationAbout the teamYou will balance leading business reviews with designing operational improvements and supporting live operations. Your day may include facilitating a network-wide DBR, deep diving on delivery performance trends, collaborating with schedulers on shift handover protocols, partnering with site operators on process gaps, and analyzing data to inform capacity decisions. You will continuously evaluate opportunities to improve delivery speed, quality, and cost while contributing to the long-term strategy of Quick Commerce operations. Basic qualifications- Experience in people management- Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience communicating results to senior leadership- Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions- Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experiencePreferred qualification - Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred- Experience performing data analysis in manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics environments, retail, or grocery in a management role- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
