Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project. The idóneo candidate has a background in operations, project coordination, or project management, with strong organizational and people-management skills. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting field team members, monitoring schedules and reporting, resolving operational issues, and escalating critical matters when needed.

Candidates with experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, or similar operational environments are strongly encouraged to apply. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project. Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.

Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and project data. Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to project management. Support field team members with operational questions and day-to-day challenges.

Ensure that project processes and operational requirements are followed consistently.



Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.

Adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstances. Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management. Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting. Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project.
