Field Sales Manager – Motorcycles

Madrid / Barcelona area

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the leading powersports auction and remarketing platform in North America, with more than 35 years of industry experience, 1.3 million pre-owned powersports units sold, and a network of 12,000+ dealers. NPA is now expanding across Europe and building its Spanish operation.

To support this growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Field Sales Manager who will play a key role in developing our dealer network and inventory across Spain.

What will you do?

Acquire and develop relationships with motorcycle and powersports dealers

Build NPA's inventory through purchasing and consignment agreements

Promote a new and innovative remarketing solution to the Spanish market

Help dealers improve stock rotation and remarketing performance

Develop the market, initially focusing on Madrid and Barcelona





Act as a trusted commercial partner for dealers and industry stakeholders

What are we looking for?

Proven success in field sales, business development, or account acquisition

Experience in motorcycles, automotive, mobility, powersports, vehicle remarketing, or dealer networks A business development mentality with strong relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment

Self-driven professional who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch
