Mission: The Food &

- Beverage Server consistently adheres to all standards, policies and procedures relating to food and beverage service, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. This includes front and back of house duties in the assigned outlet(s) and any guest events as needed.

Profile

- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role. Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.

- Knowledge of SevenRooms and Micros an asset.
- Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently.
- Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods of time,



as well as exert physical effort in transporting items, and endure various physical movements in the work area.
- Ability to work adaptable hours
- Valid Antigua &
- Barbuda Driver's License needed to drive company vehicles.
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate required
