Our client, a prominent international Private Equity firm, is currently seeking a Bilingual (English speaking) Executive Assistant to support 2-3 investment professionals across varying jurisdictions (mainly European). Strategic set up of meetings/videocalls with multiple participants based across global time zones Manage point to point travel logistics, taking cost and comfort into account:: flights, hotels, visas, transfers etc. Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and special projects, including internal and external events and merchandising activities Reconcile credit card and submit multi-currency expense reports, maintaining accuracy at all times Maintain trackers, providing follow up to ensure project progress and keep accurate records Build relationships with other EAs across the firm's Spanish and integral offices.





Candidates will ideally have a Bilingual level of English (the role will be undertaken predominantly in English), whilst additional languages such as German are preferred. A solid grasp of standard Tech and applications (Office, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) It is essential that candidates have at least 3-5 previous experience as an Executive Assistant in an international professional services setting (financial services or consulting will be viewed favourably). This role is ideal for a candidate looking for a busy position with a blend of local/global contact.
