Tasks

Support in strategic business meetings.
Order tracking, coordination with clients/suppliers, and management of shipments.
File, document control, and general administrative support.
Support to other departments.
Profile
Previous experience in international trade.
Good management of office automation tools/ERPs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with organization and judgment.
Self-sufficient, methodical, and with a proactive attitude.
High level of English
