You will be part of a multi‐disciplinary squad designing and delivering the intelligent systems that turn raw market data into decision‐ready recommendations for stakeholders across general, regional, and local teams.

The team needs engineers across several disciplines – full stack development, AI/ML engineering, and data engineering – and each successful candidate will specialise in one or more of these areas while contributing to the platform end‐to‐end.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve market and business data using Python, Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark), and AWS services. Build and ship full stack applications (APIs,



backend services, and front‐end interfaces) that surface AI‐generated insights to business users – using Python, React/Next.js, and cloud‐native services. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications to ensure reliability, performance, and cost‐efficiency in production.

Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, user stories, and working software. Contribute to platform architecture decisions, including infrastructure‐as‐code (Terraform), containerisation (Docker), and CI/CD practices. Write clean, tested, well‐documented code and participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and knowledge‐sharing across the team.

We Are Looking For Candidates With

Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production‐grade applications or pipelines.

Experience with one (or more) of the following disciplines: full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering – with a willingness to broaden across the other. Hands‐on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and familiarity with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).



Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g.

React, Next.js) and API design (REST, GraphQL). Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and working with structured and unstructured data at scale.

Solid fundamentals in software engineering: version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, containerisation (Docker), and infrastructure‐as‐code (Terraform).

Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch). Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and AI infrastructure. Prior experience in a CPG/FMCG environment or working with syndicated market data (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Kantar).
