At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Technical Functional Analyst to join our client's team in Madrid. This role is adecuado for someone with a technical background who enjoys understanding complex systems, configuring business rules, analysing requirements and working closely with business stakeholders. This is not a software developer position .

Instead, you will act as the bridge between business needs and system configuration within a critical reservation and inventory management platform. Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Configure business rules within a railway reservation platform.

Support pricing, fares, schedules, promotions and inventory setup. Validate whether new business requests can be implemented within the system. Execute functional tests and configuration validations. Investigate issues and perform functional analysis.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and Business Teams. Manage and follow up application incidents through Jira. Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and system configurations.
