Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Agile certifications (CSPO/PSPO) preferred. B2B / External Focus: Proven track record managing digital platforms for external clients or commercial customers (not just internal HR training).Business Acumen: Ability to build data-driven business cases, define KPIs, and ruthlessly prioritize backlogs based on ROI.Technical Literacy: Comfortable partnering with IT architects on data flows, platform integrations, and system scalability.
