The role is a unique opportunity in one of the fastest growing SaaS in Europe, offering one of the few genuine Product Led Growth (PLG) roles in the B2B space.

The Product

Growth team owns the entire customer journey within the product: acquisition, self-serve, activation, expansion and retention. Within that scope, you will be accountable for how users experience Factorial from the very first moment: trial experience, activation, early onboarding, and the signals that enable self-serve expansion later on. You'll define how AI replaces traditional UX, guidance, and onboarding flows in a complex B2B product. Therefore, you have to be excellent at communication, creating strong relationships and project coordination. Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the most impactful initiatives.

However, we also understand the importance of focus and flexibility, so we support remote work when it makes sense (20%)—whether for deep work, personal needs, or just a change of scenery.
