About the Company

We are a leading multinational group in the management of major infrastructure, transportation, and international logistics. We operate in a dynamic, large-scale environment with a model focused on operational excellence, safety, and continuous growth.

For one of our strategic facilities in Spain, we are seeking a hands-on HR Director with solid experience in high-intensity operational environments and complex labor relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Labor Relations & Negotiation: Lead the strategy with trade unions and works councils. Manage collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and ensure constructive social dialogue in compliance with Spanish labor legislation.
- Strategic Partner & On-Site Presence: Act as an HR Business Partner to the CEO, maintaining an active presence among the operational workforce.
- Structure & Compensation: Implement job grading frameworks and salary equity schemes in compliance with European and local regulations.
- Talent Management & Culture: Oversee development plans, performance evaluations, and key recruitment,



driving a culture oriented toward safety and efficiency.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure HR regulatory compliance, oversee personnel administration, and coordinate budgets with the finance department.

Profile Requirements

- Education: University Degree in HR, Law, Labor Relations, or Business Administration (a Master’s Degree in HR Management is preferred).
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in executive/management roles within large infrastructure, port operations, airports, industrial construction, or heavy logistics sectors.
- Key Knowledge: Proven expertise in Spanish Labor Law, direct experience in union relations, and job grading methodologies.
- Languages: Spanish and English at a bilingual or C1/C2 level (essential for international corporate communication).
- Competencies: Hands-on approach, diplomacy, entrepreneurial mindset, high integrity, and discretion.

What We Offer

- Salary: €80,000 - €85,000 gross/year (depending on experience).
