We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Madrid for data centre projects - experience of managing fit out in controlled environments is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering an interior fit-out project on time and to budget, the contracts and works under their control.

Deliver

Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles The provision of or ensuring that information,



instruction and training is provided to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and the content of Risk Assessments and safe systems of work. Ensuring the review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites. Maintain excellent working relationship with Client/ Project team throughout the contract.

Experience of data centre or other industrial / controlled environment construction strongly preferred Knowledge of interior fit out projects Knowledge of construction methods and best practice, technologies and materials Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
