The rep will drive a structured, repeatable sales motion for a ready-to-sell product, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, primarily via virtual engagement. Own the full new business sales cycle for mid-SMB accounts. Conduct discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations remotely 1-3 years in B2B SaaS or solution sales (closing role preferred) Experience selling into SMB/mid-market organisations ~ Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously ~ Comfortable running structured sales processes (MEDDICC) ~ Skilled at remote selling and virtual relationship building ~ Full professional proficiency in English ~ Company Overview The base salary for this position is €41,550 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan.
