About the Job As an IT Program Manager , under Allianz Global Network (AGN) Area, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of high-priority programs within your area, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. What you do Program Leadership and Management: Oversee program delivery in international contexts, involving hubs, offshore locations, and multicultural teams. Monitor progress to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Strategic Planning and Performance Enhancement: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance performance and achieve objectives.

Program Portfolio Management: Adapt to changing priorities and ensure alignment with agile methodologies to enhance program delivery.

Performance Monitoring and Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, quality,



capacity, and business continuity. Proven experience in leading and managing complex IT programs in international and multicultural environments. Strong strategic planning and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders. Expertise in agile methodologies and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to ensure program performance and alignment with strategic goals.
