The organization works with a worldwide network of local insiders and freelance journalists to deliver news, features, and guides.

Its in-house team produces articles, videos, photography, illustration, and animation, offering diverse storytelling formats for aviation and travel enthusiasts.

Role Description What You'll Be Doing:

? Working on an assigned vertical (e.g. Route Development, Airport News, Sustainability) alongside our journalist team to curate news and evergreen stories

? Creating engaging, creative web content for a integral audience — from everyday travelers to airline executives

? Auditing web content and visitor data to spot opportunities for improvement

? Liaising with industry contacts, press offices, and airline reps to source quotes and facts for stories

? Completing a fully funded CPD Diploma (Level 5 or 7) in Journalism , including a portfolio, eLearning, and skills development sessions.

Qualifications

✅ Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with editors, writers, and partners

✅ Solid writing and editorial abilities — drafting articles, refining copy, and adhering to style and tone guidelines

✅ Research skills for sourcing accurate information, verifying facts, and staying current on aviation and travel trends

✅ Basic marketing awareness to support audience engagement,



social media promotion, and content optimization

✅ Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines

✅ Interest in aviation, travel, or digital media; prior experience in student media, blogging, or content creation is a plus

✅ Proficiency with standard office and online collaboration tools; familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus

✅ Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, Media, English, or a related field is advantageous

✅ A genuine passion for journalism, blog writing, editing, or creative writing

✅ Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMS platforms like WordPress

✅ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, remotely

? Location: Remote — Florida & Sydney
