Group , we're looking for a Junior Process Engineer with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing retail operations to join our Operations Team At Lookiero Outfittery Group we are leading the transformation of online personalised shopping, making it more accessible and inspiring for everyone. As part of the Operations team , you will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, improving logistics performance, and driving operational efficiency across the end-to-end flow.

Physical Process Optimization & Visual Management : To design, test and implement operational solutions based on the physical layout of the site and visual management tools. Detect and drive improvements in our key performance indicators such as poductivity or service level.





Profitability & Financial Impact Analysis : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related engineering field is required. A strong financial mindset focused on reducing operational costs, and the ability to think abstractly in order to redesign workflows without relying exclusively on software-based solutions.

Fluent

English communication skills, both written and verbal. A highly critical, non-conformist and data-driven mindset. An extremely practical (hands‐on) approach, with clear communication skills to implement processes on the shop floor and lead change by working side by side with operators.
