Junior Sales Consultant – Spanish MarketEF English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of Spanish to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses in the Spanish market.

You will play a key role in developing revenue and increasing the number of students joining our online school, while being part of a fast-growing international business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Take full ownership of direct sales and achieve KPIs and sales targets.

- Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to enrolment.

- Qualify leads, understand customer needs and recommend the right course.

- Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers – zero cold calls.

- Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp and email, handling objections and closing sales.

- Upgrade and renew current customers.

- Provide excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.





- Keep customer information and opportunities updated in our CRM.Requirements:

- The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.

- An advanced/native level of Spanish.

- 1–2 years of previous sales experience.

- A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.

- Sales-oriented, target-driven and results-focused attitude.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of opportunities and follow-ups.

- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
