States is now one of our main markets, and we're looking for a Junior SDR & Account Manager to keep driving its growth.

This is a hybrid role: part hunter (prospecting and closing new agencies), part farmer (activating and growing the accounts that join us). If you're ambitious, energetic, and internationally minded — and want to launch your career in international sales within a fast-growing global startup — this is for you. You'll be part of the commercial cycle for the U.Qualify leads and build a healthy pipeline of prospects.

Run product demos for travel agencies with the clear goal of closing the sale. Negotiate commercial terms and turn interest into signed clients.

Native-level English.

American

English strongly preferred. Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven, proactive attitude. Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance-tracking tools. Based physically in Barcelona to come into our central office 3–4 days a week. Previous experience in sales, SDR, or account management (B2B preferred).
