You'll have the platform to introduce new ideas,



strengthen strategic partnerships and influence how procurement develops across Europe, with visibility across leadership and key commercial functions. Strengthen supplier performance and commercial terms through structured negotiation, evaluation and market benchmarking. Develop alternative suppliers and contract manufacturing relationships to improve cost, resilience and strategic flexibility.

Influence procurement decisions alongside R&D;, Quality, Finance, Sales and senior European stakeholders. Strong strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience from food, nutrition, supplements, ingredients, consumer goods or a similarly regulated sector.

Experience negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers or co-manufacturing partners on significant commercial agreements. Strong commercial and analytical capability, including using market and pricing intelligence to inform sourcing decisions.

Fluent
