Overview

In this role you will shape the future of our games through data-driven insights and experiments. You’ll partner with designers, leads, and developers to design and analyze tests, uncover opportunities, and translate findings into impactful game enhancements. You will drive data quality, build scalable models, and share learnings across the Catalog Games portfolio. This is a collaborative, impact-focused role at scale, with a clear link to delivering entertaining experiences for millions of players.

Responsabilidades

- Design, analyze, and present results from A/B tests to guide feature and game development
- Own the end-to-end experimental aspects in initiatives
- Conduct rigorous data explorations and develop models to uncover opportunities
- Create clear, impactful visualizations and presentations for diverse audiences
- Ensure data quality and accessibility to support decision-making
- Evolve data science methodologies and tooling, serving as a craft role model
- Collaborate across games to share insights, tools, and learnings




- Decompose abstract problems into concrete analytical questions

Requisitos principales

- Strong background in applied statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling
- Advanced SQL for large-scale datasets (300M+ players)
- Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation
- Deep understanding of statistical methodologies, especially A/B testing
- Experience with big data platforms (GCP/BigQuery, AWS)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative programming
