In this role you will lead the operational lifecycle of finance data products to enable accurate, scalable data-driven financial decisions. You’ll act as a liaison across Finance, Digital teams, and DDIT to ensure data products meet business needs. You will drive data quality, incident triage, and governance for data lake, lakehouse, and warehouse environments. Responsabilidades

- Coordinate cross-functional data product operations between Finance, Digital, and DDIT teams
- Oversee end-to-end ops of finance data lake, lakehouse, and data warehouse products
- Learn and own finance data flows, source systems, and platform capabilities
- Monitor data loads, pipelines, and interfaces across monthly close, planning, and forecasting
- Automate reconciliations, data-quality checks, and audit-ready evidence
- Triage incidents, assess business impact, and coordinate resolution
- Maintain SOPs, recovery procedures, and data governance artifacts
- Manage master data access,



security groups, retention, and deletion in line with privacy and records management
- Support AI-ready data operations with current sources, context, and metadata
- Communicate changes across product teams and stakeholders
- Engage users with training, knowledge articles, and feedback into the backlog

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in product operations, preferably with data platforms and Agile environments
- Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across complex data product lifecycles
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills translating business needs into operational requirements
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with stakeholders and technical partners
- Familiarity with finance domain processes and data flows is a plus
- Solid grasp of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Data Mesh architectures
- Experience with T-SQL, data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks), and ETL pipelines; BI tools knowledge a plus
- Foundational GenAI and AI-agent fluency with privacy and escalation practices
