In this role you will design, implement and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/EKS as part of the GTB Tech Evolution Platform. You will collaborate with Platform, Security and Product teams to onboard applications to standardized cloud patterns, boost automation and security, and advance DevOps, SRE and observability practices. You’ll drive the evolution of the cloud platform focusing on reliability, security and scalable Kubernetes-based environments. A key hook is shaping a cloud-native, well-governed platform that enables rapid, secure delivery for enterprises.

Responsabilidades

- Design, implement and operate secure, scalable AWS/EKS cloud infrastructure
- Lead onboarding and migration of applications to standardized cloud patterns and platform services
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes (GitHub)
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Migrate from credential-based authentication to AWS IAM/IRSA and secure identity management
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments for reliability and security
- Champion observability and SRE practices (monitoring, logging, performance)




- Utilize tools such as Amazon CloudWatch and Dynatrace
- Promote automation across infrastructure and application lifecycle
- Maintain thorough documentation of platform processes and standards
- Contribute to service catalog ownership and governance
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security and Product teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, resilience, security and developer experience

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience as a DevSecOps / DevOps Engineer
- Strong hands-on AWS experience
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally including EKS
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows
- Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Docker and containerized environments
- Strong Linux knowledge
- Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure automation
- Experience with AWS IAM authentication and security
- Strong understanding of CloudWatch and cloud monitoring
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Strong security mindset for building reliable, scalable cloud platforms
