At agap2 , we are looking for an IT Business Partner to join a technology project, acting as a key link between business teams and the IT department.

We are looking for a professional with experience in Business Analysis, IT Project Management and DMS/ERP solutions , who can understand business needs, translate them into clear functional requirements and coordinate technical teams and external consultants through to production.

What will you do?

-

- Work closely with Aftersales, Finance and IT teams to identify, analyze and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows and User Stories for technical teams.

- Define and document different business use cases and scenarios, including pricing rules, vehicle transferability, engine types and warranty or fleet exceptions.

- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of external DMS consultants , following up on deliverables, sprints, technical design and testing.

- Define and monitor the project roadmap , managing timelines, risks and dependencies.

- Prepare and present progress reports in regular meetings with IT, Finance and Aftersales teams.

- Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and scripts.

- Coordinate business testing sessions with key users and validate results prior to production deployment.

- Oversee the integration scope between DMS, SAP/ERP and CRM solutions.

- Ensure the correct definition and standardization of data models, master data structures and business rules.





- Ensure that solutions are scalable and prepared for future developments within the DMS ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

-

- Experience as an IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst or IT Project Manager .

- Proven experience in the implementation or evolution of DMS/ERP solutions .

- Knowledge of solutions such as Incadea, Keyloop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP .

- Experience in requirements analysis and functional design .

- Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies .

- Ability to coordinate technical teams and external consultants .

- Good understanding of system integration and technologies such as APIs and webhooks .

- Knowledge of B2B financial flows, including wholesale billing and deferred revenue recognition .

- Fluent English and Spanish , both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented language.

- Strong leadership, autonomy and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

-

- Previous experience in the Automotive sector .

- Knowledge of Aftersales, Warranty and Workshop processes.

- Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) .

- Experience in DMS transformation or migration projects.

- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM in integrated environments.
