- Lead the One Customer transformation initiative, driving change through collaboration and stakeholder engagement

- Foster cross-functional partnerships with Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, Digital, Data & AI, Finance, and other functions for integrated decision-making

- Solid international pharmaceutical marketing experience in Marketing Excellence, Brand Planning, Portfolio Strategy, Launch Excellence, or related roles

- Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare environments; experience in Specialty Care, Rare Diseases, Biotech or highly regulated sectors is advantageous

- Proven ability to work with brand plans, portfolio reviews, business cases, forecasting, resource allocation, P&L; xghoner management, and performance tracking

- Experience operating in global-local business models with multiple geographies and affiliates

- Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with data synthesis and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders

- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills in matrix organizations
