Your Responsibilities

- Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
- Handle customer questions and requests professionally
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow project procedures and quality standards
- Work effectively in an international environment

Requirements

- Fluent/native level in one of the following languages:

Arabic,



Dutch, German, Norwegian, Slovak, or Danish

- Good level of English (B2)
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Motivation to work and live in an international environment

Relocation to Sofia
