Important: This position is exclusively on a SELF-EMPLOYED / AUTÓNOMO basis.

CENTURY 21 Luxe is expanding its sales team in Marbella and is looking for ambitious and commercially driven Self-Employed Real Estate Sales Agents (Autónomos) who want to develop their career in the luxury property market of the Costa del Sol.

Working from our office in the Marbella area, you will become part of an international real estate team focused on residential properties, luxury villas and new developments across Marbella, Benahavís, Estepona and the surrounding Costa del Sol .

Your Role

As an independent Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, following up buyers and property owners, arranging viewings, generating new listings and guiding clients throughout the property purchase or sales process.

You will work independently while benefiting from the support, brand recognition, marketing and professional environment of CENTURY 21 Luxe .

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for entrepreneurial sales professionals who are:

- Registered or willing to register as Autónomo / Self-Employed in Spain
- Commercially minded and results-driven
- Professional and confident when dealing with international clients
- Motivated to build their own real estate business and client portfolio
- Strong in communication, negotiation and follow-up




- Able to work independently while being part of a professional team
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Dutch, French, German or Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage
- Real estate or sales experience is an advantage, but strong commercial talent and motivation are equally important
