This position will provide HSE leadership and support to business HUNB operations, ensuring effective risk management, employee engagement, contractor safety, incident prevention, and continuous improvement of HSE performance. Supporting business leaders in achieving HSE objectives and fostering a positive safety culture. Ensuring compliance with applicable legal, customer, and corporate HSE requirements.

Monitoring HSE performance indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting contractor management, site inspections, audits, and management reviews. Delivering HSE training, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Supporting sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field; 5 to 10 years of Operational HSE experience, preferably within the energy sector. Strong expertise in electrical safety and supporting safe operations in complex industrial settings.

Proven track record of implementing and driving HSE improvement programmes and translating global strategies into effective local execution. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and locations. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.

Fluent

English is mandatory; Spanish language skills would be considered an advantage.
