SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with general reach. As a Payroll Manager, you will play a key role within our Spanish Payroll Services organization. You will lead a team of Payroll Consultants while acting as the senior point of contact and escalation for a portfolio of clients.

This role combines people leadership, client relationship management and payroll expertise, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced payroll professionals looking to step into a broader management position. Whether you currently work in a payroll outsourcing provider, labour consultancy, professional services firm or an internal payroll team, this role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while helping shape the future of payroll services at SD Worx. Lead a team of approximately 8-10 Payroll Consultants.

Support team members in resolving complex payroll and labour law matters. Monitor workloads, priorities and service quality. Drive engagement, development and performance within the team.

Client Management

Ensure service quality, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. Track billing activities and oversee purchase orders for additional services.

Payroll Operations

Oversee payroll delivery for Spanish payroll clients. Manage service launches, including payroll schedules and procedures documentation. Provide guidance on Spanish labour legislation,



payroll processes and compliance topics.

Monitor service performance, operational KPIs and quality standards. Around 15 years of experience in payroll administration and Spanish labour legislation. Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills, with experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.

In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes.

Experience with Integrho and SAP is considered an advantage. Spanish and proficiency in English is essential.
