ABOUT ZABÓN

Zabón is one of the fastest-growing DTC natural cleaning brands in Spain, trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers looking for healthier and more sustainable ways to clean their homes.

We're looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to join our fast-moving team and play a key role in shaping the ideas behind our paid social advertising.

You'll work closely with the founder and wider creative team, with real responsibility for developing concepts, angles, hooks and scripts that make people stop scrolling and drive performance.

The role can be fully remote or hybrid from Barcelona . We're prioritizing finding the right person over a specific location.

THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who is extremely creative, commercially minded and full of ideas .

You'll help shape our paid creative from initial concept through to scripts, creator briefs, iterations and performance learnings.

You'll develop ideas across UGC, creator content, founder-led ads, product demonstrations, whitelisting ads and other performance formats.

We want someone who is constantly thinking:

"What should we test next?"

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop new ad concepts, angles, hooks and scripts
- Take a leading role in creative ideation alongside the founder and team
- Write and develop UGC, creator-led, founder-led and product-focused ads
- Create concepts for whitelisting / partnership ads
- Research competitors, trends, customer reviews, comments and conversations to uncover new angles
- Turn customer problems, objections and motivations into strong advertising ideas
- Review creative performance and use learnings to shape new tests
- Contribute ideas for launches, seasonal campaigns and new products




- Stay up to date with what's working across Meta, TikTok and the wider DTC creative space

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You should be able to look at one product and find 20 completely different ways to sell it .

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 2-3+ years of experience in performance creative, paid social creative strategy or a closely related role
- Experience with DTC consumer brands in sustainability, natural products, wellness, beauty, home care, personal care or similar categories
- Is excellent at coming up with creative concepts, hooks and angles
- Is a strong scriptwriter with an instinct for natural, conversational content
- Understands what drives performance, not just what looks good
- Is very familiar with Meta advertising, UGC and creator-led ads
- Has experience developing whitelisting / partnership ad concepts
- Is comfortable working in a small team and taking real responsibility
- Is AI-native
- Is fluent in English and Spanish

Experience with brands that combine strong aesthetics, sustainability and performance marketing is a big plus. We care much more about the quality of your ideas and the work you've actually created than having the perfect CV.
