IUCN is seeking an HRIS Project Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support for the Harmony HR workstream in Malaga, Spain.

This 100% position will assist in meetings, documentation, dashboards and stakeholder communications as part of Project Harmony’s HR component.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of project/HR admin experience, with strong English and a willingness to work across regional teams. xqbhyrx
