Gather, validate and document detailed business needs, user stories, and functional specifications Evaluate business requests and needs against the corporate strategy Support user-acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management IT, Operations and Regulatory.

Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs Strong aptitude for root-cause analysis and strategic prioritization Experience in designing and documenting business/system requirements. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to present to technical and business audiences Previous exposure to Customs Clearance and Business Analysis is an advantage Preferably: Business school/University level education, in business-administration (MBA), business-engineering, master's in information technology or business analytics,
