At IKONS Ibérica, we are looking for 3 Microsoft CCaaS Platform Engineers to join an international project focused on Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Power Platform and Azure integrations .

? What will you do?

• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure and AWS .

• Build solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate .

• Customize D365 using PCF Controls, plugins, JavaScript and web resources .

• Develop custom APIs for integration and automation.

• Work with Azure Communication Services and Event Grid .

• Develop and enhance chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio .

• Configure and enhance voice and Contact Center channels .

? What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience .

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM .

• Experience with CCaaS / Contact Center solutions .

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform .

- Experience with D365 development and integrations.
- Strong communication skills.





• Azure experience is highly valued .
