Role & Location Overview

- Role: Customer Service Agent – Banking
- Location: Madrid, Spain
- Work Model: On-site initially , transitioning to a Hybrid model (combining remote and office days) as you settle in!

Schedule & Working Hours

- Shift: Afternoon Shift (15:00 – 22:00)
- Weekly Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Salary & Benefits Package

- Gross Salary: €16,919.84 gross/year (€1,409.98 gross/month)
- Language Allowance:



Includes a dedicated €129.27/month language bonus
- Sunday Premium: Additional €1.92 gross/hour for Sunday shifts
- Training: 25 days of fully paid, comprehensive on-site training at ABAI offices in Rivas to set you up for absolute success!

Who We Are Looking For

- Education: High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent command of German and Spanish (both oral and written)
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, and intermediate computer skills
- Experience: Previous experience in banking customer service or account management is a big plus! xqbhyrx
