Leading an established Android engineering team, guiding day-to-day development and long-term growth. Ensuring code quality, testing standards, engineering best practices and overall performance. Maintaining a high-reliability, low-latency, high-throughput system used in 60+ countries across the company brands.





Managing and monitoring team metrics and KPIs, ensuring visibility and proactive alerting. Delivering technical support for solutions that are reliable, cost-effective, and scalable. Minimum 1 year of experience leading engineering teams.

Strong technical expertise in Android development, with solid knowledge of core concepts, architecture patterns and scalable mobile design. Professional experience with Kotlin, and with monitoring and reporting tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, etc. Ability to build dashboards from multiple data sources (JIRA, BigQuery, etc.) and take data-driven decisions.
